Health outcomes can differ based on social, economic, and enviormental factors. Some racial, geographic, and income groups expirience higher risks of health disparities in cancer prevention, screening, and treatment access.
Kids4CancerPrevention believes that education and awareness can start early and that kids have the power to contribute to a healthier future for all. Kids can play a meaningful role in promoting health equity by observing inequities in their communties and bringing awareness towards these inequties through posts on social media and discussions with friends and family.
